The Sloth Suite

"The Sloth Suite" (formerly known as "The Camel Condo") offers guests the most exclusive access on the farm! Our breathtaking, 30-acre, riverfront farm provides the perfect backdrop for guests of this incredibly unique stay! Observe camels, kangaroos, and a sloth named Flash, from the comfort of this 5 bedroom condo! And if you think that's impressive wait until you step outside! Our farm is home to over 125 animals all waiting to make your acquaintance! This is truly ONE OF A KIND!

-The space Built atop the exotic animal barn, The Sloth Suite offers over 2000 sq. ft of living space that is filled with unique features at every turn. All 3 bedrooms offer king size beds with en suite bathrooms. There are an additional 2 bunk rooms but first, you will have to find them as they are located behind secret passageways and hidden doors! Once you have found your way inside you will discover that each bunk room has glass floors that look down into the camel stalls! YES, camels, but that's not all! The 2 separate bunk rooms are connected by a 22 ft. black light tunnel with recessed tanks in the walls for a surprise viewing experience! Stepping back out into the main living space you will find a full living area, kitchen, and gaming area with PS5 disc console as well as the Oculus VR gaming system. Among the other notable features of this incredible space are 5 flat screen TV's, hanging rope beds, a floating bed, SIX aquariums including a 170 gallon aquarium open to the kitchen and game room, private balconies, a jetted tub that looks out over the swan pond, stainless steel appliances in your fully equipped kitchen and....., just when you think we couldn't offer any other surprises; our 2 story sloth enclosure comes up through the floor of the main living area so that our guests can view Flash as he hangs out with you! The Sloth Suite is truly a ONE-OF-A-KIND experience!!

Some special spaces on the farm, for the common enjoyment of all of our guests, include our Riverfront and Swan Pond Gazebos, the children's log cabin playhouse, as well as our playground located across from the covered wagons. Our boat ramp, located at the end of the main driveway, offers easy access to the river should you decide to take a cool dip or splash around with the kids.

-Guest access In addition to the common areas above only guests of The Sloth Suite will also have access to a second playground as well as a covered pavilion. Guests of The Sloth Suite have THE MOST EXCLUSIVE ACCESS available on the farm, far exceeding that of any other guests. By virtue of the fact that you are staying in our exotic animal barn you are having close-up viewing of animals here on the farm that many guests will only see and experience on one of our Farm Tours. That said, we don't want to dissuade you from joining one of our tours as this is the best way to have up-close encounters with the animals that now call Ocoee Riverside Farm their home. Information on our Farm Tours as well as our other 'Stay Here, Play Here' farm encounters such as Sloth Encounters, Kangaroo Encounters, Horseback Riding, Camel Rides, Pony Rides, Bottle Feedings and more can be found right here on our website! We STRONGLY encourage you to book activities early as spaces are limited and fill up quickly!

**Playground and Covered Pavilion **

Other lodging guests do not have access to the playground and covered pavilion immediately outside of the exotic animal barn however these are used for some of our encounters as well as farm events such as Birthday Parties and Field Trips. This area may be used privately by the guests of the Sloth Suite at no additional cost however you will want to please notify us so that we can confirm availability for you.

-Aquarium Maintenance and Feeding

The tunnel aquariums operate on automatic feeders however guests will be provided pre-portioned bags of fish food for each day of your stay so that you can enjoy the feeding in the large aquarium which can be done anytime during daytime hours. The aquarium lighting is also automatic. Monthly maintenance of the aquariums is contracted and may occur during your stay, in which case you would be notified.

FOR THIS REASON IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK AVAILABILITY OF ENCOUNTERS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR LODGING AND THEN RESERVE YOUR ENCOUNTERS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF YOUR DISCOUNT CODE. THIS CODE COMES TO YOU INSIDE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE WITHIN 5-MINUTES OF BOOKING YOUR LODGING AND IS GOOD TOWARD MOST ENCOUNTERS.**

-EV Charging

On-sight EV Charging is available to our guests at no charge. There may be occasions where more than one on-sight guest is using the charging station so please be respectful and move your car from the charging site when done.

-Other things to note Did you know that we can host your event or large family gathering? Here on the farm we offer a total of 8 different accomodations that sleep a total of 41 guests. When at least 4 accommodations are rented simultaneously for a minimum of 3 nights, the nighly rate is reduced by 10% across the board. Further, the nightly rate is reduced by 15% when renting ALL lodging spaces for the same period.

-Rental Payment / Terms

Reservations made more than 30 days in advance of the check-in date will require 50% payment of the TOTAL Rental Fee due for the stay plus 100% of the Cleaning Fee with TOTAL BALANCE DUE on or before 30 days prior to check-in. Reservations made inside of 30 days prior to check-in will require payment in full. Failure to pay all balances due at least 30 days prior to check-in may result in a forced cancellation. **ALL MONIES PAID MAY BE FORFEITED, IN PART OR IN WHOLE, TO COVER THE CANCELLATION FEES DUE TO CANCELLATION BY GUEST OR FORCED CANCELLATION DUE TO NON-PAYMENT.**

-Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL and will incur cancellation fees equal to a percentage of the TOTAL RENT due for the booking as follows: 5% fee for cancellations 30+ days prior to check-in, 25% fee for cancellations 20-29 days prior to check-in, 50% fee for cancellations 10-19 days prior to check-in. There are NO REFUNDS are available for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to check-in however we will allow penalty free re-scheduling up to 5 days prior to check-in. Re-scheduled bookings must occur within 60 days of the cancelled date and are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. Note: for bookings made less than 30-days prior to check-in, the 5% cancellation fee will still be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
