The Glampsite

The Glampsite @ Ocoee Riverside Farm offers a rustic tiny house complete with bed and linens! This riverfront glamping experience also offers a Yeti cooler, fire pit, 2 wagon wheel chairs, and a picnic table but it’s over at The Riverside Deck and Bathhouse that we really “glamp” it up with your own private bathroom and more! -The Space Initially offered as a tent site, The Glampsite has undergone a major upgrade! The space now offers a tiny house complete with bed and linens. (New pictures coming soon!) DO BE AWARE that your private full bathroom is climate controlled with hot water however The Glampsite tiny home does not have electricity. This is essentially camping without the need for a tent. You will exchange your tent for 4 walls, a roof and door, as well as a comfortable, queen sized, log bed. The Glampsite is strictly limited to 2 persons. Enjoy swinging in the hammock chairs located on your personal 10'x12' riverfront deck. A full size hammock hangs between two nearby trees for your enjoyment and we have also attached hooks to the deck posts providing an easy way for guests to hang their own hammocks if they choose. You will also find that we have provided a large Yeti 35 cooler for use during your stay. A short walk away you will find The Riverside Deck and Bathhouse. The shared deck offers a gas grill with grilling utensils, deep sink, picnic tables as well as a bar with barstools for enjoying a meal while looking out over the river. Inside the fully heated and air-conditioned bathhouse your private full bath has a shower with bluetooth speaker, vanity with copper pail sink, and high tank toilet. We also provide bath towels and pool towels, as well as toilet paper, body soap and hand soap.

Some special spaces on the farm, for the common enjoyment of all of our guests, include our Riverfront and Swan Pond Gazebos, the children's log cabin playhouse, as well as our playground located across from the covered wagons. Our boat ramp, located at the end of the main driveway, offers easy access to the river should you decide to take a cool dip or splash around with the kids.

-Guest access Ocoee Riverside Farm is a 30-acre riverfront farm located in the small town of Benton, Tennessee. As our guest, you will come to realize that we really do offer a 'Stay Here, Play Here' environment on the farm! Our boat ramp, located at the end of the main driveway, offers easy access to the river should you decide to take a cool dip or splash around with the kids. Other common space areas include a playground and playhouse for the kids, as well as our Riverfront and Swan Pond Gazebos! Additionally, we also offer our guests a number of extra activities that we refer to as our farm "Encounters". These encounters include Farm Tours, Sloth Encounters, Kangaroo Encounters, Horseback Riding, Camel Rides, Pony Rides and more! We STRONGLY encourage you to book your encounters early as spaces are limited and fill up quickly!

-Portable Heater We can offer guests use of a Mr Heater Portable Buddy heater upon request at no charge . Guests may provide their own propane or purchase propane from us at a cost of $35 for a 20 lb bottle, with an approximate run time of 51 hrs and on low and 105 hrs. on high, or a 1 lb. mini bottle for $8 with an approximate run time of 3 hrs. on high and 6 hrs. on low. Please be sure to request propane at least 24-hours in advance.

-EV Charging

On-sight EV Charging is available to our guests at no charge. There may be occasions where more than one on-sight guest is using the charging station so please be respectful and move your car from the charging site when done.

-Other things to note Did you know that we can host your event or large family gathering? Here on the farm we offer a total of 8 different accomodations that sleep a total of 39 guests. When at least 4 accommodations are rented simultaneously for a minimum of 3 nights, the nighly rate is reduced by 10% across the board. Further, the nightly rate is reduced by 15% when renting ALL lodging spaces for the same period.

-Rental Payment / Terms

Reservations made more than 30 days in advance of the check-in date will require 50% payment of the TOTAL Rental Fee due for the stay plus 100% of the Cleaning Fee with TOTAL BALANCE DUE on or before 30 days prior to check-in. Reservations made inside of 30 days prior to check-in will require payment in full. Failure to pay all balances due at least 30 days prior to check-in may result in a forced cancellation. **ALL MONIES PAID MAY BE FORFEITED, IN PART OR IN WHOLE, TO COVER THE CANCELLATION FEES DUE TO CANCELLATION BY GUEST OR FORCED CANCELLATION DUE TO NON-PAYMENT.**

-Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL and will incur cancellation fees equal to a percentage of the TOTAL RENT due for the booking as follows: 5% fee for cancellations 30+ days prior to check-in, 25% fee for cancellations 20-29 days prior to check-in, 50% fee for cancellations 10-19 days prior to check-in. There are NO REFUNDS are available for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to check-in however we will allow penalty free re-scheduling up to 5 days prior to check-in. Re-scheduled bookings must occur within 60 days of the cancelled date and are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. Note: for bookings made less than 30-days prior to check-in, the 5% cancellation fee will still be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
